📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: August 1, 2026
🔹 Contract Length: 6 months
🔹 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (full-time only)
🔹 Night Call: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM
🔹 Weekend Call: 1:7 rotation (Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM)
🔹 Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours + call coverage
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: [Insert timeframe]
🔹 Licensing: Active state license preferred; IMLC candidates considered (LOQ required at time of submission)
🔹 Travel Accommodations: Full travel coverage provided, including airfare, lodging, and rental car

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Facility Type: Acute care hospital
🔹 Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic with inpatient rounding
🔹 EMR: Epic
🔹 Patient Volume: 16–18 clinic patients per day
🔹 Daily Schedule: Clinic from 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM; inpatient rounding from 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM
🔹 Procedures: Injections, aspirations (preferred, not required)
🔹 Clinical Responsibilities: Comprehensive histories and physicals, diagnostic ordering and interpretation (MRI, ultrasound), long-term treatment planning
🔹 Support Staff: Dedicated RN and medical assistant

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certification: Required
🔹 BLS & ACLS: Required
🔹 Active State License: Active Pennsylvania licensure or IMLC Letter of Qualification in hand for expedited licensing
🔹 DEA: Required
