Onsite and Telerad Mammo Radiologist needed at outpatient surgery/imaging center in Mooresville, NC.
Start Date: beginning of April 2026
Location: Mooresville, NC (one hour north of Charlotte)
Coverage needed: Onsite and Telerad Mammo Radiology. M-F, 5 8s.
The Imaging Center shifts would be preferred Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:30am-4:00 pm-on-site (Breast Imaging) and possible teleread Tuesday and Thursday screening mammograms.

123-bed acute-care hospital with a comprehensive range of diagnostic, medical, and surgical services.
The medical campus includes 24-hour emergency medicine, cardiology, orthopedics, maternal-fetal medicine and women’s services, and a weight loss surgery center among its services. There is an outpatient imaging center and outpatient surgery center.

Procedures (Highly Preferred skillset): Needle localization, Fine needle localization, Stereotactic biopsies, Breast ultrasound biopsies, Breast MRI biopsies

Types of Reads: For the Imaging Center - MRI for breast MRI, Ultrasound for breast procedures and scans, and Hologic Mammography equipment
How many Diags scheduled a day? Ranges from 4-7 three days a week
How many US Biopsies? 1-2 per day
How many Stereo Biospies? 3-4 per week
How many MRI's? 2-4 per day for breast
What volume expectation are there as far as RVU reads? 25-50 screenings per day

Diagnostic reads and screenings when they are in the hospital?- outpatient Imaging Center and will complete diagnostics and screenings
