**Location:** Duluth, MN: Nestled at the westernmost tip of Lake Superior, Duluth offers incredible access to the great outdoors and supports an active lifestyle. Only 120 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul, this city of 86,000 residents combines natural beauty with urban conveniences including a local airport. **Facility:** This facility is a multi-specialty group practice within an integrated health system. The brand new medical center opened in July 2023 and features state-of-the-art technology including 4 MRIs, 4 CTs, PET CT, Nuclear Medicine, ultrasound, single and biplane Angio suites, new PACS and Powerscribe voice recognition systems. **Opportunity:** BC/BE-Radiology. This is a hybrid position with the opportunity to work remotely 50% of the time and on-site 50% of the time, offering an excellent work/life balance in a growing practice of 16 radiologists. **Job Details:**

• High earning potential with the right candidate potentially earning in excess of $950,000/year for a 1.0 FTE

**Compensation:** Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Base salary of $561,000 or equal share of pool with potential for additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
