Job Title: Therapist (Fully Licensed in NJ and/or NY)

This is a W2 employee position, not a 1099 contractor position.

Center for Resiliency LLC is currently interviewing for a passionate licensed psychologist or licensed psychotherapist to join our growing and thriving private practice. Due to patient demand for in-person sessions, we ask that candidates are able to work from our Montvale, NJ location at least 2 afternoons/evenings per week. We equip our clinicians with EHR software to document their patient visits and communication, HIPAA-compliant platforms to provide telehealth sessions, and in-office equipment, inclusive of a computer and printer.

This is the ideal position for psychologists and psychotherapists who enjoy working directly with children, adolescents, and their parents and want to dedicate their full attention to providing high-quality patient care. This position is also ideal for those looking to grow in their clinical career into a clinical supervisor.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and ranges from $90-$120 per patient hour, with the opportunity to become a salaried employee. Additional compensation and benefits will be discussed at time of interview.

We are looking for psychologists and psychotherapists who have experience and interest in working with the full age (6-adulthood) range. Training/Certification in evidence-based treatments for trauma is a must; EMDR training is a plus!

Specific Requirements: Candidate must have an active New York and/or New Jersey License (Licensed Psychologist or LCSW). At least two years of direct outpatient therapy or outpatient equivalent experience preferred. Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based trauma psychotherapy to individuals ages 6-adulthood, focusing on patient care and assessment.
Maintain accurate patient care documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in therapy.
