The teams building them need psychiatrists who can create realistic and challenging case studies, judge how well the AI handles assessments and clinical content, write the answer a professional would give, and explain exactly where the AI falls short. Your judgment helps shape the next generation of AI models. This is that work, done remotely as a part-time contractor.

What you'll do
• Build complex psychiatric case studies, then assess how well the AI handles them
• Use psychological assessments to produce expert annotations
• Produce accurate clinical documentation and analyses in both Georgian and English
• Apply ethical judgment when reviewing sensitive mental health content, then comment on how AI evaluations are conducted

Who this is for
• Hold an MD, MBBS, or an equivalent medical degree; psychiatry residency must be completed, and medical licensure must be valid
• Bring clinical experience from Georgian clinical settings, including treatment planning, psychiatric assessment, and documentation
• Have professional fluency in Georgian, plus advanced written and spoken English
• Bring cultural sensitivity, ethical reasoning, strong written communication and familiarity with both Georgian and Western psychiatric frameworks
• A plus, not required: developing educational case studies, or past work on technology, research or digital health projects
• No AI experience needed. You bring the psychiatric expertise; the work provides structured case-review evaluation tasks and feedback criteria.
