The teams building them need psychiatrists who can create realistic, difficult case studies, assess how well AI handles psychiatric material, write the documentation and analysis a professional would provide, and explain exactly where the system falls short. Your clinical judgment helps shape the next generation of mental health AI, including how it understands psychiatric concepts and communicates accurate information. This is that work, done remotely as a part-time contractor.

What you'll do
• Build challenging psychiatric case studies from culturally grounded scenarios.
• Conduct psychiatric assessments and annotate clinical materials using Vietnamese psychiatric practices and perspectives
• Produce bilingual psychiatric notes and analyses in Vietnamese and English.
• Assess mental-health evaluation methods and explain their limitations.

Who this is for
• Fluent Vietnamese and advanced written and spoken English
• A medical degree such as an MD, MBBS or equivalent, plus a valid medical license and completed psychiatry residency
• Extensive experience with psychiatric assessment, treatment planning and case documentation in Vietnamese clinical settings
• Helpful experience: technology, research or digital-health projects, plus educational case studies
• Familiarity with cultural sensitivity, ethical reasoning, and Vietnamese and Western psychiatric frameworks
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
