About the clinician's workday

The psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric services in a residential treatment facility specializing in behavioral health and addictions. Clinical duties include performing thorough intake and discharge evaluations for new admissions and departing patients while conducting daily rounds on residents requiring ongoing psychiatric care. The facility is looking for someone 24 hours/week and is flexible on which days of the week the psychiatrist is interested in working. The position offers potential on-call opportunities and requires board certification in psychiatry with active prescriptive authority for medication management in the residential setting.
