The teams behind them need psychiatrists who can develop challenging, realistic cases, assess an AI response, write the answer a clinician would give, and point out exactly where the system misses the mark. Your judgment helps shape the next generation of AI models for sensitive mental health work. This is that work, done remotely around your current practice.

What you'll do
• Build challenging psychiatric scenarios for AI training
• Carry out psychiatric assessments and add expert annotations grounded in Cantonese-language psychiatric practice
• Prepare clear clinical notes and analyses in both Cantonese and English
• Review how AI is assessed for mental health applications and provide expert feedback

Who this is for
• A valid medical license, plus an MD, MBBS, or equivalent medical degree and completed psychiatry residency
• Experience conducting psychiatric assessments, planning treatment, and documenting cases in Cantonese-speaking clinical settings
• Fluent Cantonese and advanced English writing and speaking skills
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; the work centers on reviewing examples, writing clear clinical feedback, and explaining decisions.

• $100–$200 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
