Position Overview / 职位简介

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our multidisciplinary team. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work in an innovative integrative care environment combining rehabilitation and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities / 工作职责
Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations
评估患者身体状况及功能受限情况
Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
制定并执行个性化康复治疗方案
Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and pain management
提供运动训练、活动能力恢复及疼痛管理
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
跟踪恢复进展并调整治疗方案
Collaborate with wellness and holistic care providers
与自然疗愈团队协作提供综合护理
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
指导患者及家属进行家庭康复训练
Qualifications / 任职要求
Active Texas Physical Therapy license (PT required)
持有德州物理治疗师执照（必须）
Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills
具备良好的临床能力与沟通能力
Experience in outpatient, geriatric, or pain management preferred
有门诊、老年康复或疼痛管理经验者优先
Bilingual (English / Chinese) preferred
中英文双语优先
