Neurology Coverage – Petoskey, MI

Schedule & Coverage Model
Onsite: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Night Call: 4:30 PM – 8:00 AM (after onsite shift)
Weekend Call: 24-hour call only if the assignment includes a weekend

December 18 – December 21, 2026

Clinical Responsibilities
Adult patients
6–8 patients per day
Inpatient + outpatient coverage
EEG reads (inpatient & outpatient as needed)
Provide onsite hospital coverage even if outpatient schedule is light

Outpatient Clinic Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM (within onsite hours)

Required Procedures
Radiologic exam interpretation
Lumbar puncture (spinal tap)
EEG
Brain death examination
Evoked potentials
Credentialing Requirements

Immunizations:

Varicella, Flu, COVID-19, TB, Tdap, HepB, MMR

Required:

Board Certified in Neurology
Active Michigan medical license
Active DEA
BLS & ACLS certifications
Clean background
