URGENT NEED — Candidate must be able to move quickly through the onboarding process.

Position Details

Schedule: 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Setting: Outpatient clinic
Scope: Follow-up cancer care appointments only
Procedures: Screening for procedures on PD
Credentialing: 45–60 days
Licensure: Must have active Oregon AND Washington NP licenses

Requirements

Updated CV showing experience in oncology
2 completed references
Supervising Physician (with contact info)
Copy of active license(s), DEA, BLS, any board certifications
