Join a close-knit hospital medicine team of 18 hospitalists, including 2 Nurse Practitioners, within an established community medical center. The hospitalist team collaborates closely with other departments to support seamless transitions of care, with dedicated intensivist support available.

Opportunity:
Nocturnist Physician

Join an established hospital medicine team as a Nocturnist Physician in Apple Valley. This position offers a consistent overnight schedule, an open ICU environment with Intensivist support, and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Details:
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine candidates eligible
Board-certified or board-eligible with expectation of obtaining certification
New graduates, residents, and fellows encouraged to apply
Ability to work with residents
7:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts
Average of 16 shifts per month
Open ICU environment with Intensivist support
No procedures required
Epic EMR
Access to an internal informatics platform for streamlined patient management
Collaborate with 18 hospitalists, including 2 Nurse Practitioners
Work closely with colleagues across hospital departments to ensure continuity and smooth transitions of care
Compensation:
Annual compensation based on the number of shifts worked
$410,000–$420,000 annually
