Schedule: the need includes Regular time (8am - noon) that will include 5-10 procedures in the hospital Monday - Friday. No clinic time is expected. Call to follow onsite hospital
Call requirements: night call

• Support staff: 5 rns
• Amount of coverage needed per month:
• Patients per day: 10-20
• Patient population/age:
• Department description: inpatient, outpatient, level III trauma
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital bed size: 300
Requirements:
• Board Certification: Certified or eligible
• License required: AZ only
• DEA: Yes
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
• Minimum experience required: 1 yr
Credentialing Timeframe: next day
