Start: July
Assignment Length: 26 weeks
License: Active NY license required

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Full-time coverage

Practice Setting:

Adult patient population with acute medical conditions
EMR: Epic (required)
Medication system: Pyxis

Team:

1 Provider
1 NP
1 LPN
Anesthesia support for procedures

Patient Volume:

Ratio: 1:14–18

Requirements:

Board Certified
Minimum 3 years of recent experience
AHA BLS required
Epic experience required

Additional Requirements:

Updated work history with no gaps greater than 30 days
Malpractice explanation required for any past cases (regardless of outcome)
