Gastroenterology Physician Assistant Locums Assignment in Maryland!

Job description

Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p
Setting: Acute Care Hospital | Inpatient GI Consult Service
Coverage: Scheduled + No Call

Practice Details:
• 6–12 new consults/day + 5–8 follow-ups
• Avg daily census: ~15–18 patients
• Adults & Geriatrics
• Cerner EMR
• Daily rounding with physician to review care plans
• Typically supported by an experienced PA (20+ years), with occasional short solo coverage
Requirements:
• Board Certified (Gastroenterology)
• Active MD license
• DEA + MD CSR required
• ACLS & BLS (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of experience
