Locums Endocrinologist Needed in Vancouver, WA

Job description

-Expected duration of assignment: 6 months
-Setting: Outpatient Clinic
-Call requirement: None
-Average patients per day: 16-18
-Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs): Applicant must provide documentation (case list) of provision of clinical services (100 patients) representative of the scope and complexity of privileges requested during the previous 24 months. Case list must include diagnosis or procedure and date, and facility where performed.
-Support: Other physicians and NPS
-Licensed Candidate: Washington license must be in hand.
-EMR: EPIC
