Location: Bellingham, WA
Start Date: Upon Credentialing (End of February)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Call: Pager

Work Details:
- Setting- Clinic/Outpatient
- No Rounding/Admissions
- Demographics 16 years of age and older
- Patient Volume - 12-16 per day
- Case logs, documentation of provision of endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested ruing the previous 24months
