Position: •Outpatient only - 4-day work week with no call, nights, or weekends required. •Competitive base salary starting at $315,000 + robust wRVU upside.•Strong support staff of dieticians, diabetes educators, and MA's.•Sign on and relocation bonuses provided. •Full benefits package including 6 weeks PTO, 5 days for CME, and $5,000 CME allowance.•EPIC EMR.
