Job description

Schedule: All 12s - Days, Swings and Nights (minimum of 5 shifts per month)

Contract Length: Ideally 1 year (minimum of 3 months)

Active KY license preferred, but open to licensing for the right candidate.

. 211 beds
. Accredited Chest Pain Center, Stroke Center
. Annual Admissions: 3650
. 36 hours of physician coverage
. 36 hours of APP coverage
. 40,000 annual ED visits
. 211-bed community hospital with a dedicated 20-bed emergency department
. Accredited Chest Pain Center, advanced primary stroke center, imaging and diagnostics, oncology, and orthopedics program

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
