A Message from Our President

By now, we’ve all felt the impact of COVID-19. Ongoing developments and the evolution of the pandemic have left many of us, myself included, anxious about the health and safety of our loved ones and searching for answers about what to expect in the weeks ahead.

At Virtual Medical Staff, we want you to know that we hear you, we understand your concerns, and we are here to help right now.  Simply contact us at (877)732-7089 and we will immediately put a member of our team on the phone with you.

Below is information about our telehealth mission and services, and the various ways we can assist you.

Telehealth, now more than ever

Telehealth has become an essential contributor to quality patient care – without requiring any physician to travel or be on-site.  This reduces risk, moves patients through hospital ER’s faster, and by collaborating with on-site staff, helps put only the most acute patients in much-needed beds.

This simplifies and supports hospitals in their urgent need to see patients while avoiding unnecessarily using patient beds. Telehealth can play a critical role in providing quality care and reducing the difficulties many hospitals are facing due to the pandemic.

Who We Are

For seven years, we have been a leader in telehealth providing Telepsychiatry and Teleneurology solutions to hospitals and health systems in 32 states. We have 140 physicians delivering virtual patient care daily to hundreds of hospitals. Using the best technology available, our physicians deliver fast, efficient, quality patient care in real time.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: To see more patients. This goal drives all we do. With the number of COVID-19 patients expected to rise, our mission is now more critical than ever.

How We Can Help You

Virtual Medical Staff can assist in three distinct areas of telehealth: Telepsychiatry, Teleneurology, and Telehospitalist. If you need something unique to your facility, we can help with that, too. Whether it’s infectious disease concerns or the importance of licensed psychiatrists to aid with widespread anxiety.

Our telehealth services deliver all facets of care – from emergent (in a hospital ER), to inpatient and outpatient care, or all three simultaneously. We are adept at customizing our services to fit the needs of each healthcare system.

Visit our website for an array of useful information on how you can partner with us. Or, call us at (877)732-7089 to speak with a member of our team about anything you need.
We hear you. We understand your concerns. We are here to help.
