About the clinician's workday

The Licensed Professional Counselor will deliver mental health services across inpatient and outpatient settings during full-time Monday through Friday day shifts, managing a daily caseload of 8 patients across all age groups. The clinician will conduct therapeutic assessments, provide individual therapy sessions, and deliver crisis intervention services while developing individualized treatment plans. Primary responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation and coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other behavioral health professionals.
