Position Overview
The Supervisor in the Treatment Foster Care Oregon (TFCO) Program is responsible for the administrative and clinical functioning of TFCO Services, which includes all functions necessary for the delivery of services to the community served. This role directly supports treatment, prevention, growth, and education services for children and families.
Specific Responsibilities
Provide clinical supervision to staff.
Review and organize treatment records and reports pertaining to services provided to children.
Develop therapeutic relationships with children, therapeutic foster families, and biological families.
Assess need for routine and emergency mental health services and monitor delivery.
Make daily decisions regarding treatment needs throughout involvement with the TFCO model.
Assess and determine placement decisions and transitions back into the community.
Provide and/or coordinate emergency assessments in crisis situations as needed.
Provide after-hours crisis intervention when necessary.
Manage and supervise program staff and operations.
Monitor and report program outcomes, fidelity, and effectiveness.
Complete reports required by agency and funding sources.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Professional Counseling — Required
Licensed in Michigan as LMSW, LLP, or LPC — Required
Minimum 3 years providing mental health services to children/adolescents — Required
Minimum 1 year supervisory experience — Required
Strong clinical skills and DSM knowledge; ability to intervene within complex family systems.
Culturally sensitive, calm in crisis, and non-judgmental in approach.
Valid driver's license with favorable driving record.
