About the clinician's workday

The Licensed Professional Counselor will provide comprehensive behavioral health services within an ACT team environment during full-time day shifts. The clinician will conduct individual therapy sessions and behavioral health assessments while maintaining a therapeutic caseload requiring ongoing coordination of care. Primary responsibilities include collaborating with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, case managers, and behavioral health staff to ensure integrated patient care. The position requires active participation in team meetings and case consultations as part of the ACT model approach. As ACT Team Lead, the clinician will dedicate approximately 70% of time to supervising and supporting therapists through case consultation and clinical guidance, with the remaining 30% focused on direct patient care delivery.
