About the clinician's workday

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will provide comprehensive individual therapy and behavioral health support as part of the ACT team model, working full-time day shifts with no call requirements. The position involves maintaining a caseload requiring ongoing therapeutic services and care coordination while collaborating with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, case managers, and behavioral health staff. As ACT Team Lead, the clinician will dedicate approximately 70% of time to supervising therapists and providing case consultation and clinical guidance, with 30% focused on direct patient care through therapy sessions treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and related conditions. The role requires active participation in team meetings and case consultations within the ACT framework.
