All Walks of Life (AWL) is a licensed Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) serving Baltimore and surrounding areas. We are a mission-driven, community-rooted agency committed to providing person-centered and trauma-informed mental health services. We are seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Mental Health Therapists to join our supportive and growing clinical team. The ideal candidate must have willingness to provide face-to-face services with individuals in the setting that is most accessible to client needs. AWL is a strong proponent of community-based treatment to include in home, school and office.

What You’ll Do
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy
• Create and update treatment plans
• Maintain clinical documentation
• Participate in team meetings and trainings
• Provide crisis intervention
• Deliver services in-home, in-school, community-based, or in-office

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Maryland licensure: LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC
• 1+ year clinical experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish/English), community-based experience, familiarity with COMAR 10.63 & DLA-20, dual MD/DC licensure.

Schedule
• Full-Time: 32–40 hrs/week (30 billable sessions minimum)
• Part-Time: 12–15 hrs/week
