About the clinician's workday

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide full-time outpatient behavioral health services treating adult patients 18 and older through individual and group therapy sessions. The clinician will work a mixed schedule of 8:00 AM4:00 PM four days per week and 1:00 PM9:00 PM one day per week, conducting 1-hour intake assessments and leading group sessions with approximately 15 patients lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes. The position involves treating a diverse behavioral health population ranging from anxiety to severe mental illness, including patients with suicidality, while maintaining comprehensive clinical documentation and coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team.
