Our team is collaborative, mission-driven, and committed to making a real difference in the communities we serve by making quality mental healthcare accessible.
The Role
We're looking for a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing remote clinical team. In this role, you'll provide telehealth therapy to a diverse caseload of clients, maintain thorough clinical documentation, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team — all from the comfort of your own home.
We have openings for Full-Time position.

Scheduling is managed through our Front Desk/Reception Department. Employees are expected to maintain consistent, reliable availability and submit their schedules through our approved systems.
What You'll Do
Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Complete all session notes and clinical documentation within 48 hours of each session
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support continuity of care
Support clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and more
Adhere to all ethical guidelines, licensing board requirements, and state-specific regulations
Participate in supervision (if applicable), staff meetings, and ongoing professional development
What We're Looking For
Active, unrestricted clinical license in the state(s) where you'll provide services (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
Comfortable working fully remote in a HIPAA-compliant home office environment
Reliable internet connection suitable for telehealth sessions
Strong documentation habits and commitment to timely recordkeeping
Passion for our mission and the populations we serve
Associate/provisionally licensed clinicians are welcome to apply — free clinical supervision is provided as a benefit of employment (subject to supervisor availability and organizational standards).
