About the clinician's workday

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide comprehensive therapeutic services to adults with behavioral health and substance use disorders in a residential treatment setting during full-time day shift hours. The clinician will conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions while maintaining a caseload of 10-15 clients per therapist. Working under clinical supervision, the LCSW will perform biopsychosocial assessments, participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning, and assist with discharge planning coordination. No call responsibilities are required for this position.
