About the clinician's workday

The clinician will provide individual therapy and behavioral health support to patients as part of the ACT team during full-time day shifts. Responsibilities include maintaining a caseload of patients requiring ongoing therapeutic services and care coordination while collaborating with psychiatrists, NPs, case managers, and other behavioral health staff to ensure coordinated care. The position involves participating in team meetings and case consultations as part of the ACT model. As ACT Team Lead, the clinician will dedicate approximately 70% of time to supervising and supporting therapists on the ACT team, including case consultation and clinical guidance, while spending approximately 30% of time providing direct patient care through therapy sessions and patient support services.
