• Setting: Outpatient Clinic / Level II Trauma Center
• Patient Load: 6–12 per day
• Patient Ages: Pediatrics through Geriatrics
• Model: Medically Directed – supervising CRNAs
• Support Staff: CRNAs + Anesthesia Techs
• EMR: Epic
• Special Procedures: Broad mix (no cardiac or trauma heavy cases)

✅ Requirements:
• Board Certification: ABA – Anesthesiology
• Licensure: Active Wisconsin license or IMLC - (Willing to License)
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (required)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Status not specified
• Credentialing: 60–90 days
