Assignment Details

Coverage Dates: January 1 – June 30, 2026

Multiple openings

Shifts offered: 8s, 10s, 12s

Scheduling based on team needs

Must be open to weeknight and/or weekend call (pager; approx. 1:7)

Start date contingent on credentialing—team can move quickly for candidates available by early January

Must note whether candidate has active privileges at any nearby affiliated sites

Required with submissions: Certification Verification, Snapshot, Screening form

Case Mix

General anesthesia

Adult cases required; pediatric preferred

Obstetrics

Spine neurosurgery

Complex vascular (non-cardiac)

Complex orthopedics

Cardiac cath lab

EP lab

NO open heart cases

NO thoracic cases

NO pain procedures

Level III Trauma

Mid-size hospital environment with varied surgical volume

Strong support system with established anesthesia team and specialty services

EMR and department details provided during interview

Credentials / Requirements

Active license or open to licensure

Board certification

Clean background

Will require full credentialing file and activity logs

Cred timeframe: moderate; can expedite in some cases
