Start Date: June 2026
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
Schedule Details: 8, 10 and 12 hr shifts times. Call is 5p-7a. Beeper call.

8/12 (Wednesday) – MD Day + Call

8/14 (Friday) – MD Day + Call
8/15 (Saturday) – MD Call Only
8/16 (Sunday) – MD Call Only

Model: Medical Supervision (3 Physicians: 14 CRNAs)
Case types: GI, Gyn, Neuro, Thoracic, vascular, podiatry, OB
Special Requirements: General, in-house call physician must be OB proficient
Travel will be covered

Credentialing Timeframe: temporary privileges available with a clean file. 60 days for full privileges
Active TX License Required
