Anesthesiology Opportunity – Nashville, TN

Cross-credential: Ascension Midtown

June/July Contract:
Location: Nashville, TN
Start: Approximately 60 days (ASAP target)
Contract Length: 6–12 months
Shift: 8 or 10-hour day shifts
Call: Optional but highly preferred; greatest need in second half of year
Overnight Call: Highest priority need
Weekends: Only if on call
Practice Model: Medical Direction


Incentives
$2,000 monthly stipend for the first 6 months
Requires 144 hours per month (36 hours per week)
Stipend is prorated if minimum hours are not met

Travel and Expenses
Airfare: Up to $500 for roundtrip economy ticket
Lodging: Up to $200 per day with receipt
Mileage: Reimbursed at IRS rate if driving personal vehicle
Car Rental: Up to $70 per day with receipt


Clinical Details
Case Mix: Includes spine, orthopedics (total joints, revisions, scopes), gynecologic oncology, surgical oncology (Whipple, HIPEC, liver resection, esophagectomy), vascular (open and endovascular), urology (cystoscopy, open, robotic), neurosurgery (craniotomy and endoscopic), plastics, gynecology, some OB, interventional radiology, thoracic, general surgery, bariatric, and endoscopy
Excludes: Transplant and cardiovascular cases
EMR: MEDITECH Expanse

Requirements
Active Tennessee license or eligibility for expedited licensure via reciprocity
Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days
