• Mon–Fri | 7:00a–3:30p
• No nights, no holidays, no call
• Mix of solo cases + CRNA supervision (care-team model)
• No anesthesia cart prep
• Case mix: Neonatal through Adult
• Travel & Expenses: Covered
• Requirements: Pediatric Anesthesia fellowship
