Facility:
This medical center is a comprehensive healthcare facility featuring 19 operating rooms, 5 endoscopy rooms, and 1 maternity suite. The facility provides a wide range of surgical services including cardiac, orthopedic, vascular, obstetrical, pediatric, and thoracic procedures with strong support for anesthesia providers.

Physician - Anesthesiology

Job Details:
• Provide anesthesia services with 4:1 supervision model - medically directed care
• Must be capable of running own room independently when necessary
• Coverage needed for specific date ranges: May 4-8 and May 11-15
• Schedule includes 1-2 call days during the week
• First day orientation starts at 6am, subsequent days 7am-3pm (may extend for add-on cases)
• Perform general anesthesia for adult and pediatric patients
• Provide spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia techniques
• Handle obstetrical anesthesia cases
• Manage complex cases including open heart, thoracic, vascular, and orthopedic procedures
• Perform post-operative epidural and extremity blocks
• Conduct epidural steroid injections for lumbar and cervical spine
• Provide transforaminal injections with x-ray guidance
• Manage ventilation and acute volume/BP issues
• Place central lines, arterial lines, and PA catheters
• Supervise CRNAs as part of the anesthesia care team
• Board certification required with ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Ohio medical license required (IMLC not accepted)
• 90-day credentialing timeframe
