Job description

This locum tenens opportunity is ideal for anesthesiologists looking for a low-acuity, outpatient surgical center setting with short, efficient days.

Schedule
Weekday coverage or select Saturdays
7a start, most days end by 10a–12p
Short procedural days

Assignment Details
Cover EITHER 5/22-6/14 - every day of the week OR Saturdays May 23rd, 30th, and June 6th and 13th - typically only a couple hours on Saturdays.
Coverage for 1–3 weeks

Clinical Setting
Ambulatory surgery center

Case Mix
IVF retrievals (primary volume)
Occasional hysteroscopies and D&C

Anesthesia
MAC / monitored sedation (propofol, fentanyl)
No complex cases

Patient Population
Very low risk population

Requirements
Anesthesiologist
Comfortable with outpatient sedation cases
