Physician & Clinician - PHYSICIAN - Anesthesiologist

Job Details:
• Casual PRN position with flexible scheduling • Join a well-established group of 22 anesthesiologists • Work in a medically directed care model alongside CRNAs • Manage approximately 2,200 cases per month • Practice includes General, Trauma, Ortho, OB, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Peds, and Regional anesthesia • Practice at multiple locations including St. Mary's Medical Center, Essentia Health Surgery Center-Miller Hill, St. Mary's Hospital Superior, WI, Essentia Health-Duluth, and Outpatient Endoscopy Center • Busy surgical schedule including all procedures except transplants and pediatric hearts • Support a Top 100 Interventional Cardiac Program • Work with a Top 100 Health Grades Joint Replacement Program • Utilize advanced technology in HIMSS EMRAM (Electronic Medical Record Adoption Model) Level 7 certified facilities for both Inpatient and Ambulatory care • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesia required • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance • 401(k) plan with employer contributions • Professional development through training, tuition reimbursement, and educational programs • Generous time off and wellness resources focused on physical, mental, and emotional health
