We’re seeking Board Certified Anesthesiologists for a high volume locum tenens opportunity in Louisville, Kentucky. This role offers flexible 10–14 hour day shifts, optional call opportunities, and a mixed hands on/supervision model in a large acute care hospital setting.

• $340–$350/hour
• OT and call rates available as applicable

Schedule & Call Structure
• Monday–Friday day shifts
o 10 , 12 , or 14 hour shifts
• Call:
o Main OR call is in house
o Cardiac call is remote
o Weekend call follows the same structure
• Call available but not required
• OT applies after 40 hours/week

• ~519 beds
• 41 operating rooms
• Care team model:
o ~75% hands on cases
o ~25% supervision
• Robust anesthesia team with MDs and CRNAs

Requirements
• Board Certified Anesthesiologist
• Minimum 3 years of experience (5+ preferred)
• Active Kentucky license (or willingness to license)
• Comfortable in a mixed hands on/supervision model
• Ability to complete a detailed pre application within 24–48 hours of offer acceptance
