Position Overview

• Clinical Scope:
o General anesthesia including DaVinci robotic cases
o Orthopedics and orthopedic spine
o Neuro
o Gynecology (including DaVinci robotic cases)
o Vascular
o ENT
o CV cases (CV certification preferred, not required)
o NORA cases including GI endoscopy, MRI, cath lab, TEE, and IR
• Call Related Skills:
o OB epidurals and spinals
o Arterial and central line placement
• Patient Volume: Typically 3–5 cases per day per area

• Board Certification: Required
• Licensure: Active Indiana license required
• DEA: Active Indiana DEA required
• Certifications:
o TEE certification required for CV anesthesiologists
• Case Logs: Must be available upon request
• Name Clear: Required prior to submission
