December: 1–2, 5, 15–18, 22 (call only), 24, 29–31
January: 2, 13–14, 16, 19–24, 26–30 (×2 providers)
February: 9–13 (×2), 16–20 (×2), 23–27
March: 2–6, 9–13 (×2), 23–27, 31–April 3
April: 6–7, 9–12, 15–16, 27–May 1
May: 4–8, 11–15, 23–24, 26–29
June: 1–5
Ongoing: 2 weeks on / 1 week off

Schedule & Call
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM (secondary call)
Frequency: At least once per week

Credentialing: 30–60 days

Compensation
Rate: $350/hour
