📌 Job Overview
A long-term anesthesiologist is needed for an outpatient, office-based dental anesthesia practice in Chicago, IL. This is a solo practice role covering healthy pediatric patients (ASA I–II) ages 3–9. Provider will rotate between two nearby North Chicago offices. No nights, no weekends, no call—excellent work/life balance.
You will work closely with a paramedic for support during cases and perform nasal intubations for general anesthesia.

🩺 Case Types
Dental anesthesia only
Primarily Pediatric (PEDS REQUIRED)
Ages 3–9, healthy patients only (ASA I–II)

📋 Requirements
Active Illinois medical license
Must already be in the IL IMPACT Medicaid System
ACLS & PALS required
Pediatric dental anesthesia experience
New grads welcome if experienced/comfortable with Peds

🧑‍⚕️ Practice Model
Solo practice (no CRNAs)
Provider rotates between two outpatient sites

~2 weeks if already active in IMPACT
