Anesthesiologist – Idaho | Boise-Based Coverage with Regional Variety

Job description

This locum tenens Anesthesiology opportunity offers a flexible mix of weekday coverage, call opportunities, and regional case variety across multiple hospital settings in Idaho.

Schedule
Primarily Monday–Friday coverage
Mix of day shifts, weeknight call, and weekend coverage
Providers must be able to cover at least 2 full weeks per month
Ongoing need through summer coverage periods

Assignment Details
Primary coverage in Boise with occasional coverage in Nampa
Mix of in-house OB, backup pager call, and OR coverage
Collaborative anesthesia care team environment
4:1 supervision model

Case Mix
General anesthesia
Regional anesthesia
OB
Trauma
Community hospital and tertiary care exposure
Care team supervision and independent case work

Practice Environment
Boise: Level II Trauma Center
Nampa: Level IV Trauma Center
Combination of larger tertiary facilities and community-based practice settings
Strong OR and procedural volume across locations

Requirements
Active Idaho license or IMLC accepted
DEA and CSR required
Minimum 1 year of post-residency experience required
Comfort with regional anesthesia preferred
