Job description

Aya Locums is seeking an Anesthesiologist for a long-term assignment at a small community hospital in northeast Connecticut.

Assignment Details
• Duration: 13+ weeks
• Case Types: General, Ortho, OB, Colorectal, Cataracts, Cystoscopy, ENT, GYN, Podiatry, Thoracic, GI, Pacemakers, TEE, Cardioversion
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, regular hours required
• Call: Weeknight & weekend pager call required (in-house not needed)

Practice Setting
• Close proximity to New England coastal lines
• Day schedule: 7am–3pm
• Friendly, supportive anesthesia team

Work Details
• Charting: iPro + paper
• Model: MD-supervised CRNAs
• CRNA-to-MD ratio: 3–4:1
• MDs also perform their own cases

Requirements
• Board Certification: Not required
• License: CT (or ability to obtain)
