Opportunity Details:
• Location: Cottonwood, AZ
• Start: June 2026
• Schedule: Open weeks with the following dates available:
6/1–6/5
6/15–6/19
6/24–6/26
7/6–7/10
7/13–7/17
8/3–8/7
8/27–8/28

Work Details:
• Support Staff: CRNAs and nurses
• Patients per Day: 4–8
• Patient Population: All ages
• Department: Mix of geriatric fractures, urology, general surgery (no bariatrics), advanced breast cancer surgery, total joints, and all endoscopy under Propofol infusion
• Volume: ~3000 OR cases and 3000 endoscopy cases annually, plus ~500 OB deliveries per year
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital Size: 87 beds

Requirements:
• Current OB anesthesia skills required
• Ability to cover OB, OR, and endoscopy nights and weekends
• CRNA support always available
• Active AZ license or IMLC LOQ required
