Full time CRNA needed less than 45 minutes outside of Chicago.

Starting 1st week of May
6 month contract
4x10 schedule - Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri 630a-500p with 30 minute unpaid lunch

39 total anesthetizing locations; 24 of those are OR, the rest are procedural areas such as GI, IR, etc.
There is an off-site ASC (approx. 10 mins from the hospital) that runs 2-3 anesthetizing locations per day. CRNAs will be privileged there for those two sites.

-Supervision Model: Medical Direction
- Arrival time is 0630
- EMR is Epic
- Parking is free

• 4x10 schedule (Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri)
• No Call, Weekends
