Schedule
• Scheduled + No Call
• Days, Nights, Weekends available
• 12-hour shifts (7a–7p / 7p–7a)
• Flexible start times
• Additional 8h, 10h, and 12h day/night shifts available based on coverage gaps
• CRNAs do not take call—all shifts are fully staffed

Case Mix
• ENT
• General Surgery
• GI Endoscopy
• GYN
• Orthopedics
• Podiatry
• Urology
• OB
• Vascular (non-complex)
• Robotic procedures
• Healthy Pediatrics

Expected as part of the practice:
Cardiac, Complete Ortho, OB, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic
Not performed:
Complex vascular, head/spine neuro

Practice Details
• Medically supervised care team model
• Average cases/day hospital-wide: 40–45
• Average per CRNA: 3–4 cases/day
• Coverage areas include:
○ 7 ORs (Main Surgery)
○ 4 ORs (Adjacent Surgi-Center)
○ 2 GI Treatment Rooms
○ 1 Bronchoscopy Room
○ 1 Cath Lab
