• Pay Range: $230–$240/hr
• Schedule: 4x10s | 10a–8:30p | Full-time only (must be available 4 weeks/month)
• Call: None
• Cases: Ortho, trauma, vascular, neuro (no hearts, no OB) | NORA required
• Model: ACT 2:1–3:1 (attending + CRNAs/residents) | Level 1 Trauma
• EMR: Epic
• Requirements: NBCRNA, 1+ year experience (no new grads) | Open to licensing
• Notes: 6-month contract | 90-day credentialing

📍 NY – North Syracuse
• Pay Range: $210–$220/hr
• Schedule: 10-hr shifts | 7a–5p | Full-time
• Call: None required
• Cases: Primarily Ortho
• Model: ACT 4:1 | MDs supervise, CRNAs do not take their own cases
• Facility: 8 anesthesia rooms | Ortho-focused site | CRNAs can perform blocks & practice to full scope
• EMR: iPro
• Notes: Overtime offered (not required) | Willing to license

• Pay Range: $195–$205/hr
• Schedule: 10s & 12s | 7a–5p & 12a–8:30a | Full-time
• Call: None required
• Cases: General mix
• Model: ACT 1:3–1:4 | MDs also do their own cases
• Facility: 30 anesthesia rooms | Team of 17 CRNAs & 45 MDs | Collaborative group

• Facility: 31 anesthesia rooms

📍 CT – New Haven
• Pay Range: $220–$230/hr
• Schedule: FT only | Mix of 5x8, 4x10, 3x12 | Must be flexible (7a–3p, 7a–5p, 9a–9p)
• Call: None
• Cases: High-acuity – General, Ortho, Cardiac, Neuro, GI, Urology, Gyn, Ophthalmology, ENT, healthy peds
• Model: ACT | Level 1 Trauma | Academic setting
• EMR: Epic
• Volume: 10–12 cases/day
• Requirements: NBCRNA, DEA, BLS, ACLS | 2+ years’ CRNA experience | Clean background & strong references required
• Notes: 6-month contract (no exceptions) | Willing to license

• Pay Range: $200–$210/hr
• Schedule: FT only | 5x8s mandatory (8s & 10s only) | 7a–5p
• Call: None required
• Cases: General, neuro, ortho, cardiac, gyn, uro, robotics, ENT, plastics, some peds, GI, IR, cath lab
• Model: ACT 5:1 | MDs supervise, no own cases
• Facility: 18 anesthesia rooms | Must be flexible across 2 hospital systems
• EMR: Cerner
• Notes: 13-week contract | ~60 days credentialing | Not willing to license


📍 TN – Knoxville
• Pay Range: $210–$220/hr
• Schedule: Options – 3x13s, 4x10s, or 5x8s | Day shifts (8a–8p typical)
• Call: None required
• Cases: General, cardiac, ortho, neuro, bariatric, GYN, urology, vascular, EP, endoscopy, robotics, occasional healthy peds | CRNAs cover OB & perform spinals, cardiac with MDs doing TEE | No transplants
• Model: ACT | 30 ORs including CV, hybrid, EP, and L&D suites | Surgery centers also on site
• Notes: Travel assistance provided (lodging, mileage, or car rental) | Not willing to license

📍 SC – Columbia
• Pay Range: $210-220/hr
• Schedule: 4x10s | FT only (must be available weekly)
• Call: None
• Cases: General, GYN, ortho, urology, vascular
• Model: ACT | Large department of 70 CRNAs + 15 MDs
• Rotation: Required to float to local ASCs (Lexington, Irmo, NE Columbia) ~1x/week, sometimes 2x | May return to main site if cases finish early
• Facility: ~150 anesthetics/day across main OR, ASCs, IR, Cath Lab,

• Competitive pay ($210–$250/hr)
• Mix of 5x8, 4x10, 3x12
