A hospital-based anesthesia group in Exeter, New Hampshire is seeking CRNAs for a long-term locum tenens assignment. This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule, a broad case mix, and an MD-led care team. Local locums are encouraged to apply.

Position Details

Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Assignment Length: 12+ weeks

Practice Setting: Hospital

Accepting Local Locums: Yes


Schedule & Shifts

Shift Options: 8-hour or 10-hour shifts

Punch-In Time: 7:00 AM

Allows 30 minutes prior to OR start

Punches before 7:00 AM require chief approval

Late Start: 8:30 AM on the 2nd & 3rd Thursday of each month


Shift Times:

8-hour: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

10-hour: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Providers are expected to work the entire scheduled shift


Call Requirements

In-House Call: Not required

Weeknight Pager Call: Preferred

Weekend Pager Call: Preferred

Weekend Beeper Call: Mandatory

Overtime: Not expected


Clinical Details

Case Types: General, Orthopedic, Pediatrics, OB

Anesthesia Rooms: 9


Care Team Model:

MDs supervise CRNAs

CRNA to MD ratio: 3:1

MDs also perform their own cases

Charting System: Meditech / Paper


Requirements

Certification: NBCRNA required


Licensure:

New Hampshire license required

Candidates needing to obtain licensure will be considered

Board Certification/Fellowship: Required
