Schedule: 2 Weeks/Month | 8–10 Hour Shifts

Position Highlights
Schedule: 2 weeks per month, 8–10 hour shifts
Practice Model: All-CRNA practice
Case Mix: Endoscopy, General Surgery, GYN, Urology
Skills Required: Proficiency in spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks
Caselogs: Required (spinals, epidurals, blocks)
Clinical Environment
Daily Providers: 2
EMR: Cerner
Advanced Blocks Performed:
Rectus sheath
QL blocks
Femoral/adductor canal
TAP blocks
Interscalene
Credentialing & Requirements
Credentialing: 60–90 days
Temps available for clean files with active, unrestricted license
Licensure/Certifications:
Active Maine license required to start application
ACLS (AHA), BLS, PALS
Experience: Strong proficiency in regional anesthesia; caselog proof required
