Kentucky CRNA – Flexible Shifts

Schedule
• Monday through Friday
• Options for 10-hour, 12-hour, and 14-hour shifts
• Standard daytime coverage
• Call available but not required, weekday and weekend
**Start date: as soon as credentials are issued

Work Details
• General, major spine, ENT, orthopedics, vascular, cardiac
• No OB, trauma, or pediatric cases
• Mix of hospital-based procedures
• High-volume OR environment

Facility Details
• Acute care hospital
• Large bed capacity
• 18 ORs at main hospital, additional 10 ORs at outpatient pavilion
• Care team model with physician supervision

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience, 5 preferred
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility

Credentialing
• Approximately 90 days
• Expedited pre-application required after offer acceptance
